The first thing to understand, it is what all contribute to the right and wholesome health. It includes diet, exercise, attitude and time management.

 

EAT PROPER FOODS

Do you not know what is healthy? Read books. Research online. Ask physicians. That should at least guide you on how to start doing your health reform. But this is my advice, especially to Christians. Follow that which is taught in your churches. Heed to the spiritual insights, which especially influence on health reform. Read books like, ‘counsels on diets’, ‘ministry of healing’, etc. You also need to eat enough. Not much, not less. Eat at the right time. Heavy breakfast, a lighter meal at noon and if need be a very light dinner early before it dusks.

 

HARD PHYSICAL LABOUR WORK OR EXERCISE

Your body needs to exercise, very very much. One should at least involve themselves in activities that will make them sweat vigorously at least every day. They should work out every part of the body. If one is not sick, let him get out and do hard physical work. If it's not there, let him go to the field and run. Or, let him go to the gym and exercise to keep fit. This should, or must happen at least every day. When the body gets tired from hard work, it gets a night of very healthy and peaceful sleep. You will enable proper digestion after having every meal. Note this too. Once you get physically healthy, you also become mentally healthy. And all this leads to being spiritually healthy.

 

ATTITUDE, HUMILITY, AND TEMPERANCE

These things were given by God! He knows what is best for us and He will always give it. The tendency to trust on Him avails much success on health reform. The humble are always lifted up. And in their exercising of everyday duties, they must be temperate. The right attitude creates room for wisdom to grow.

 

PROPER TIME MANAGEMENT

A positive reputation about someone, in general, can always be created, by a person who keeps time for other people, as well as for himself. He knows when to rise and when to sleep. He will make more friends and God will always be happy with him.

The following is a simpler mechanism of managing your 24 hours.

  • First, divide 24 by 3 to have 8 hours.
  • The first 8 hours. Do your everyday hard work. At your office, at your farm, there where life has placed you. Do serious hard work. Even if you are a student. Commit yourself to utter studying for these eight hours.
  • The second 8 hours. Have proper sleep. You need not be interrupted by anything. Sleep deep, block yourself from entertaining any good or bad thoughts. Just get to bed and sleep
  • The next 8 hours. Divide them as follows.
  • 3 hours. Read. You must be a reader. Find good books and read, if you are into current political affairs, spare some few minutes and go through the daily newspaper. But commit most of the time to read.
  • 3 hours. Go and exercise. This is the time set aside for the hard physical labor work or exercising for everyone. Do proper games or workout.
  • 2 hours. Nap, rest, relax at home, watch the news or current affairs, etc (Don't lead your mind into a thoughts-zone, lest you open doors for stress)
